CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star George Eads is engaged to marry his longtime girlfriend.
The actor has been dating Monika Casey for close to six years and decided to propose to her after she helped him through a difficult summer, which saw Eads undergo surgery to fix his broken spine.
Breaking the news on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, the actor said, “I got engaged actually to a really nice girl.”
“When you go through something that terrible together… I don’t know, maybe it happened for a reason. She really was my champion and really helped me get through that.”

I’m only 25 and I’ve been MARRIED longer than he’s been dating Monika. I’m happy for him but insanely jealous of his lovely girlfriend! My husband and I had an agreement that if George ever looked my way … I’d be gone! LOL! Don’t feel bad for my husband though … he gets Jessica Simpson!
Oh well … there’s always Kenny Chesney. He’s still available, right?
But what’s up my obsession with men in their 40′s?! LOL! They’re both so SEXY!

I’ve been married for four years, I’m twenty-five years old, too!, and every CSI episode my obession grows.

Congratulations George and Monika! Monika you are so blessed. I am 17 and have not had a boyfriend yet and am getting really discouraged. I wish so bad that I were you. But anyway Congrats and May God be with you on your wedding day and all the years after. George you are an inspiration to everyone. You stand up for what is right and you don’t care what anyone thinks of you. NEVER CHANGE. That is what your fans love about you.
